Community Builders for April!
WARRIOR PRIDE ALERT! Announcing April's COMMUNITY BUILDERS! These students from Bowman Primary School were honored by the Board of Education at their meeting April 20. Congratulations to the following students! Kindergarteners Ziya Ballard and Ruby Peppard, first graders Zyler Jack, Kurtis Kotey, and Leighton Till, and second graders Liam Brewer, Avery Kruth, and Hannah Martin.
True community isn't built by rules, but by students like these who choose kindness and inclusion every single day!
- Ziya Ballard - Ziya is known for making sure no one is ever left out, quietly turning her classroom and playground into a place where every student feels confident and valued.
- Ruby Peppard - Known for her hardworking spirit, Ruby also has a natural ability to make every classmate feel supported, brave, and included.
- Zyler Jack - Zyler sets a wonderful example for his peers by taking initiative - whether he’s volunteering to help clean up or asking the big questions that help everyone learn.
- Kurtis Kotey - Kurtis nurtures a culture of kindness where it’s safe to try new things, consistently cheering louder for his friends' successes than his own.
- Leighton Till - Leighton builds community through her rare and beautiful ability to be a friend to everyone she meets, treating every person with profound kindness.
- Liam Brewer - Liam proves how much a positive spirit can bring people together, consistently treating every person he meets with deep respect and kindness.
- Avery Kruth - Avery sets a high standard for character at Bowman Primary, frequently stepping up to help teachers and support her peers with endless patience and enthusiasm.
- Hannah Martin - Hannah leads by example, combining her curiosity and hard work with a kind nature that makes every student feel encouraged to do their best.
We are so proud of these leaders who spend their day making sure everyone feels included and ready to learn!
