Soil and Water Conservation District visits Donovan Elementary School

Melissa from the Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District visited Donovan Elementary School to teach students about Ohio animals that have disappeared, are endangered, or are threatened. Students had the chance to touch and examine animal skins and furs, making the lesson both hands-on and memorable. Melissa also taught students about soil - students were able to classify three types of soils based on observations. Thank you to WCSW for offering this engaging experience to our students!
