Transportation Forms are Due Friday

Warrior families, the transportation opt-in form MUST be filled out by Friday, April 18! Forms must be completed by April 18 for students to be guaranteed a bus route during the first week of school in August. To fill out the form, log into FinalForms (https://lebanon-oh.finalforms.com/) and click on the large blue button that says "Click to switch to 25-26 registration." A form must be completed for every student, even if they are car riders, drivers, or walkers. We appreciate our families doing this ASAP! This information is vital for planning bus routes and allocating resources effectively.
