We use My Ride K12 for bus route information. Download the app or login online to access transportation information:
Online: myridek12.tylerapp.com

How To Change / Add a Bus Pick Up or Drop Off Location
Note: If you have moved to a new address, you must also complete a change of address form before transportation changes will be made. For more information about address changes, contact (513) 934-5762.

Log into FinalForms at https://lebanon-oh.finalforms.com

Navigate to the Transportation Information tab on the left hand side

Update transportation information and click Save
- Please be sure to enter a start date for the change.
Changes to bus routes will be available to view on the My Ride K-12 app or at https://myridek12.tylerapp.com/login. Please allow 72 business hours for changes to be made.
About the Transportation Department
The Lebanon Transportation Department is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our students and parents! Their goal is to provide safe and reliable transportation to and from school everyday. Summer office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
