Chip Bonny - President

Chip Bonny is currently serving as the President of the Lebanon School Board. He is the Vice President of Commercial Lending for LCNB. He was previously the Assistant Vice President and Banking Office Manager for Huntington Bank, he has worked in Sales, Marketing and Management roles with large companies like Sprint, SBC/Ameritech and Cincinnati Bell. He graduated from Yale University in 1985 with a BS in Applied Mathematics, and he graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1987 with an MBA, concentrating in Finance. He has also served on Church Boards in the past and has coached various youth sports for many years.

He has been married to Judy for twenty years, and they have six children, ranging from college to toddler. They are proud to have one LHS graduate in 2005; another will graduate in 2008, and more in the future. They also have been foster parents for four years.

Brian DeGennaro - Vice President

Brian DeGennaro is currently serving as the Vice President. He was elected Nov. 5th, 2013.  Brian received a B.A. from Wright State University, and a commission in the United States Air Force via ROTC.  He received his M.S. from the University of Arkansas and M.A. from George Washington University.  He currently works as a Program Manager for General Electric (GE)-Aviation, Dayton-ELANO.  In addition to his current position with GE, Mr DeGennaro is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indiana Air National Guard.  Mr. DeGennaro is also an Adjunct Professor in the Political Science Department at Wright State University.  Brian also serves on a several community youth activity boards.

Mr. DeGennaro moved to Lebanon, OH in 2009 after serving over 11 years in the United States Air Force. Brian and his wife Cathy have two children, both attending Lebanon City Schools, and are both active with various volunteer duties within the schools and the community.

Esther Banta Larson

Esther Banta Larson is in her second term as a board member. She is a retired teacher of 37 years of which 32 were in the Lebanon City Schools district. She also managed their family pool management business for 15 years. She was inducted into the Lebanon School’s Hall of Fame as were both of her parents, Harold and Elizabeth Banta. She, and her husband James, are Lebanon graduates. They have two children who are also Lebanon graduates and five grandchildren, three currently attend Lebanon Schools and the other two will when they are old enough.

Donna Davis Norris

Donna Davis Norris is currently serving her fifth term with the Board of Education. She has served in the role of Vice President, President, Warren County Career Center representative, Citizens Audit Advisory Committee member, Stadium Advisory Committee member, as well as Hall of Fame representative.

Ms. Davis Norris is a licensed Ohio treasurer and holds a BA in Human Resource Management. She and her husband, James, and three children are all proud graduates of the Lebanon City School District.

Ms. Davis's term expires December 31, 2019.

Ryan Patterson, Jr.

Ryan Patterson, Jr. has served as the President and Vice President of the LCS Board of Education. Ryan received a B.S. from The University of Dayton and an A.S. from Sinclair C.C. in the fields of Electronics & Robotics Engineering. He is currently working as the Sr. District Mgr. for FANUC Robotics America responsible for Sales & Business Development in Ohio. He has been employed at FANUC Robotics America for ~ 20 years and has worked under many technical, sales and business capacities. Ryan serves on a variety of education advisory committees (for Sinclair and the WCCC) as well as a member of the General Board for the Warren County Planning Commission.

Mr. Patterson moved to Lebanon, OH in 1993 from his home town of  Dayton, OH. Ryan and his wife Karen enjoy raising their two children, both attending Lebanon City Schools, and are both active with various volunteer duties within the schools and the community. Ryan is also a member of St. Francis De Sales Church, the Knights of Columbus, the Lebanon YMCA and a member/pilot at the Warren County Airport.
