Welcome to The Lebanon Food Service Department

USDA COVID UPDATE
Recent legislation by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and under the direction of the Ohio Department of Education, Free Lunch and Free Breakfast will continue into the 21-22 school year.
Our Food Service department and cafeterias are experiencing availability issues with MANY of the items needed for daily breakfast and lunch service for students. All of our vendors are dealing with staffing shortages and supply chain disruptions. Please view this statement from the EPC, our purchasing council.
To apply for a School Instructional Fee Waiver, you will need to complete the Family Free/Reduced Lunch Form for 2021-22 in the Forms section of your LINQ Account. If you need access to a computer, one is available weekdays at the Central Office 160 Miller Road, Door A1, 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Students who qualify for free lunch may also qualify for an Athletic Scholarship. To apply for a scholarship, complete this form and return it to the Athletic Department.

We encourage families to continue completing the free and reduced meal applications. The application will remain on file allowing the family to extend the free or reduced benefit based on their eligibility which may help with school fees, if eligible. All existing funds will remain in the student's lunch account that can be used for ala carte purchases or will be left on the accounts for next school year.
Our District is thankful for the support of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and to the Ohio Department of Education for providing this opportunity for the students.
Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
